⚠️ Notably, Redmi Note 14 5G and POCO M7 Pro 5G are excluded from the Android 17 update, despite being popular models. Xiaomi’s official AER page confirms they won’t receive the new OS version.
When Will Android 17 Arrive on Xiaomi Phones?
Xiaomi has a pattern of pushing its first beta updates around Google I/O each year. Based on past cycles:
- The first Android 17 beta could arrive for select Xiaomi devices in Spring 2026.
- Flagship models like the Xiaomi 17 and 17 Ultra are expected to get priority.
